1. His captain was Han Solo.
2. The ship he co-piloted was the "Millennium Falcon"
3. Han Solo saved Chewbacca from the hands of the Imperial so he felt debted to
to stay with him.
4. Peter Mayhew was chosen for the part of chewbacca as his height was 7'3"
5. The voice of Chewbacca was created from various mixes of walruses, camels,
bears, badgers and a tiger. One of the most prominent elements in the voice
was a black bear named Tarik.
6. Chewbacca sacrifices his life to save Han's son Anakin.
